Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Hygiene stickers must be intact and securely attached to all bikini bottoms and one-pieces.
  • We do not offer refunds on items purchased using a discount code.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window.
  • Items without hygiene stickers or original packaging.
  • Sale items or any item purchased with a discount code.
